The rogues in Rogue Arts are a group of actors and filmmakers (formerly FilmKitchen) that have bonded together to form a full service production and theatrical distribution company. We have recently completed our sixth feature film and now represent nearly thirty films for domestic distribution. We are proud to help expose to North America some of the best titles from the US independent and foreign films scene. Rogue Arts titles can be found at such places as Blockbuster, Hollywood Video, Movie Gallery, Netflix and on television at such places as the HBO, Starz/Encore and the Sundance Channel. We recently produced the Mexico City lensed boxing film "Chamaco" starring Martiin Sheen, Kirk Harris, Alex Perea, Danny Perea, Michael Madsen, Gustavo Sanchez Parra, Sofia Espinosa and Raul Mendez. The film is directed by celebrated Mexican producer/filmmaker Miguel Necoechea. Our distribution titles include "Three Days of Rain" which recently premiered to DVD via Radio London Films and their pact with Vivendi Visual Entertainment. The film had a five city theatrical release and was chosen by the NY Times, NY Magazine and Chicago Tribune as a "Critic's Pick". The film is presented by Wim Wenders, directed by Michael Meredith with a cast that includes Peter Falk, Don Meredith, Erick Avari, Blythe Danner, and Lyle Lovett. |
